Held at the Royal Pavilion Ballroom in the Regent Hotel Singapore, the fifth edition will feature more than 300 prestigious and discovery wines from around the world, rated 90 points and above—including exceptional wines rated a perfect 100 points—all of which can be sampled during the five hours of unlimited wine tasting. This year’s edition will also highlight Oregon wines where some of the world’s most interesting Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays come from, offering a rare glimpse at some of the best California has to offer. Wine lovers who have experienced great wines will be able to make special orders via wine merchants and distributors present at the event.

Winemakers from iconic wineries around the world, as well as Wine Advocate critics with the presence of Managing Editor Joe Czerwinski, reviewer for Rhône, South of France, Australia and New Zealand, and Erin Brooks, reviewer for Oregon, will be on-site to exchange knowledge and share insights on the wines.

Pioneered in Singapore, the signature wine event of the year brings together specially curated wine selections from around the world and offers expert masterclasses and unforgettable wine-pairing dinners hosted by world-renowned winemakers and Wine Advocate reviewers. In past years, the event has featured over 4,000 fine wines in nine cities, including New York City, London, San Francisco, Hong Kong and Zurich. The Matter of Taste editions have showcased over 1,000 wineries since inception.

This year, Matter of Taste Singapore will play host to six exclusive Wine Tasting Masterclasses and three exclusive Wine Dinners, offering guests the opportunity to explore and expand their knowledge of more varieties, styles and wine regions. These Masterclasses will be conducted by winemakers from established wineries, as well as our on-site Wine Advocate reviewers.

See you in Singapore!
